I’m Florine Eppe Beauloye, an award-winning Belgian entrepreneur in Dubai. You can think of me as the multi-hyphenate, chic-geek in stilettos, balancing speaking, writing, mentoring and digital marketing.
I am the founder and CEO of mOOnshot digital, a boutique creative and digital marketing agency that specialises in premium, lifestyle and luxury brands.
I am the author of the book “Shine: Digital Craftsmanship for Modern Luxury Brands” praised by industry leaders from Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, The Wall Street Journal and more.
You will also find me as a regular guest speaker at universities, international events, and conferences. I am also a regular commentator on marketing issues to international publications and media.

THE LITTLE-KNOWN BITS…
FROM RUNNING THE RED ROADS OF AFRICA
TO WALKING THE RED CARPET
I was born in a remote town in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (then known as Zaire), Africa—a town that was so remote, its name, Mbanza-Ngungu, is unknown to most and difficult to pronounce for all. Running in the wild as a child, little did I know I would one day work with some of the most renown brands in the world and walk the red carpet with some of Hollywood’s most famous celebrities.
Growing up with a father who is an adventurer and an explorer, I’m a global nomad with wanderlust in my veins. This wanderlust ignited the search for work beyond borders: a personal and professional journey through continents, cultures, and purposes.
In 1998, Google makes the whole web searchable. I am 16. I enter the digital highway… First email, first desktop, first mobile device, first social media account.
Spiraling my way up corporate towers with authenticity and creativity, I held various leadership positions, from TV Journalist to behind the camera as PR Manager, to Head of Marketing for international B2C and B2B brands.
After a decade of work experience, I left the security of my corporate career, left behind the things I had come to rely on to thrive. I pursued curiosity, went beyond my comfort zone and landed myself in a new place: the unknown land of entrepreneurship.
I set off on a mission: putting all I had learned about marketing, branding, communications, and enhance it with the expertise of some of the brightest minds working with some of the best tech companies in the world, and started applying it to luxury brands and innovative startups. I call it: Digital Craftsmanship.
I started to dance on the mOOn, polish select brands and ambitious leaders and make them shine online.
At the heart of it all, I am a compulsive creative with an appetite for greatness and new challenges. I love learning something new every day, experimenting with new approaches and creating new models for success.
The random facts
+ I once scored a mark of 11 out 10 for a design project in college because the teacher felt I went beyond even the full mark expectations.
+ I was spotted at Le Festival de Cannes red carpet event among Hollywood celebrities.
+ I am a digital entrepreneur but cannot work without my notebooks and paper planners.
+ I have travelled to more countries (and still counting) than my age in years.
+ As a kid, I flexed my entrepreneurial muscles by founding a by-invitation-only club with a select group of friends and developing our very own encrypted language.
+ I once shared the screen with David Wenham in the series “Answered by Fire”, BSLM Productions as an extra while backpacking around Australia.
+ I also made an apparition in a TV Commercial for Hyundai Getz.
